An outdoor personal training program offering both 1-1 and group training, designed to give your body and mind everything needed to so you can feel your absolute best.

I’m Stephen Payne, and I know because I’ve been there myself. It’s one of the reasons I became a personal trainer — to help people stop wasting time and start doing things properly.

What I offer is structure, professional coaching and a place where you can switch off, focus on yourself, and finally experience the benefits of making your fitness a priority.

All the training I offer is tried, tested and built around what actually works.

The boot camp community is one of the friendliest and most down-to-earth groups you’ll find. Everyone is on their own journey, but everyone supports, encourages and motivates each other — with plenty of laughs along the way.
