Train With Payne

By booking a session or purchasing a membership block, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Session Commitment & Expiry

  • Group Classes: All group training blocks (4-week or 6-week) must be used within the delegated timeframe from the date of purchase. Sessions cannot be carried over to the next month or block. Consistency is key to your results and our scheduling.

  • Personal Training (PT): We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any PT session cancellation.

    • If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, we will attempt to find an alternative time to reschedule.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session without a refund or reschedule.

2. Payments & Loyalty Discount

  • To keep your Loyalty Rate (£79), payments must be made on time before your current block expires.

  • Late renewal payments will result in the loss of your loyalty discount, and you will be required to move back to the standard rate for your next block.

3. Weather Policy

  • We are an outdoor fitness provider. Sessions will go ahead in the rain. Please dress appropriately for the conditions.

  • In the event of hazardous weather (e.g., lightning, extreme high winds, or dangerous ice), the session will be cancelled for safety. You will be notified via WhatsApp, and a session credit will be added to your account. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations.

4. Health & Liability

  • By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have disclosed any injuries or medical conditions to your coach.

  • Train With Payne is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or for the loss or damage of personal belongings left at the training site.

5. Refunds

  • All blocks and trial weeks are non-refundable and non-transferable.
