Is This for You?
If you want to get stronger, fitter, and more confident — but traditional gyms don’t feel like your place — you’re in the right spot.
These sessions are for women who want to:
Feel stronger and healthier without pressure or judgement
Train in a supportive, friendly environment
Build confidence, not just burn calories
Exercise outdoors, away from mirrors, noise, and distractions
Be coached properly, whatever their current fitness level
You don’t need to be fit already. You don’t need to have trained before. You just need to want to feel better in yourself.
What Are the Sessions Like?
Sessions take place outdoors in Newsham Park with size controlled women-only groups.
Training is varied, fun, and based around resistance and functional movement, using equipment such as :
Kettlebells & dumbbells
Resistance bands
Bodyweight exercises
Boxing pads and gloves
Plus More.
.
Everyone works at their own level, and exercises are adapted to suit you!
There’s no shouting, no pressure to keep up, and no one watching or judging you. Just focused training, encouragement, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Many women leave sessions feeling:
More confident
Clear-headed
Energised
Proud of what they’ve done
Why Outdoor Training?
Being outdoors isn’t just a change of scenery and greenery — it’s a conscious choice.
Training outside:
Reduces stress and anxiety
Improves mood and focus
Removes the distractions and intimidation of gym environments
Sessions run year round including when it rains! Exceptions would be torrential weathers were cancels may be cancelled for safety reasons, however, this is rare.
There is some shelter where we train during winter months so that's all covered.
For many women I train, outdoor training feels calmer, more freeing, and easier to stay consistent with — especially when life is already busy or their working from home. Being outdoors allows for the mind and body to reset and recharge.
A Bit About Me
I’ve been a personal trainer for 12 years, working mainly with women mostly doing boot camp training my way!
As a teenager, I was overweight myself. That personal transformation is a big part of why I coach the way I do — with understanding, patience, and a focus on long-term change rather than quick fixes.
I also come from an all-female family, so supporting and coaching women has always felt natural to me.
My coaching style is:
Supportive, not aggressive
Focused mainly on resistance-based training with built-in fitness and conditioning.
Built around sustainable progress, not punishment
This is the proper way to train. Some classes may get you tired, dehydrated and sweaty, but they rarely make you better! With that said I can say with absolute confidence you will see and feel massive benefits as part of my training plans.
